Anuther furry ruff week has bisited the Village, with the sad loss of two more of our beloved residents. When will it end? It’s been a terrible horrible no good very bad year fur losin our frends and siblin kits, and all of the Villagers are sad about it. Hopefully all of the glow that’s been given and sent during these sad times has lit up our communitee and will deflect off any more losses fur a long time ....
This week has been one of mostly just hanging out togeffur with frends quietly, talkin and eatin (acourse). Some households are still a lil out of synk with ‘new’ members, but over all, it’s been purrty quiet. See what’s been up around the Village rite here in the Mews!

= Oldest Resident Earns Wings =

The Village said a sad farewell to their oldest resident this week. Onyxcita Patch Of Beauty The Wimp Purr (Onyx), da Queen ob da World, left to rule at the Rainbow Bridge. Onyx was 21 years old, and had a long and wunnerful life with her fambly. She was a good sisfur and frend to all. She is sadly missed by her mom Aunty Tessa, her many sibkits, her dryer, and her frends in the Village. Rule with an iron will and a soft paw at the Bridge, Onxy ... we will see you again ... {{{ }}}

= A Tornado Moves On =

MeowChat Village lost a good frend and long time resident this week, when Tornado Puma breezed on over the Rainbow Bridge. A long time resident, he was always there for his frends when they needed him. Tornado is very missed by his mom and dad Aunty Marilyn and Unkle Brian, his siblkits, and all of his Village frends. You are flying free for real now, Tornado ... {{{ }}}

= Three’s a Crowd =

Unkle Simba is not happy. Altho he’s been visitin his nefews Gonzo and Squashy Zilly fur a coupla weeks now, the pair of Zillies has not been quite the welcomin committee that Simba was hopin for. “They stalk me,” Simba allejes, altho the bruthers claim that they is just tryin to be frendly. So fur, Aunty Julie has had some luck with separatin them durin the day, and hopefully they will all work out their diffrences soon.

= The Last Leaf =

= Happy at Home =

Several kitties in the Village have ‘moved’ resently, and are doing well. Meiko Midask9 is happy as a clam in her new home wif her new fambly. It worked out well fur her, them, and the Midas fambly too, so it must be a fur sure winnin deal all around.
The newest SnowtaKit was named this past week. She chose the name herself (three times!) from slips of folded paper, and ironically it was the same name her newdad had wanted for her. Lynsadiya-Sienna Nikelle ... “Lynsi” ... is doin well at the Farm, altho she is a lil nerbus still around sudden movements. Her new fambly enjoys her furry much.
Wilbur StLouie has been spendin more time inside, altho he still has his nite patrol outside that he must take care of. Purrhaps during the winter days, the patrols can be suspended so he can stay inside all nite long.


THE MEOWDICAL REPURRT

= Munchkin Catnip =
Munchkin’s test results camed back, and some of the numbers is worser than they was before, but not by a huje amount. Munchkin is feelin good, eatin purrty well, and not losin wate, so fur now her fambly is happy about that and takin fings one day at a time.

= Beau Wiscat =
Beau had a checkup and way-in at the vetdokter this week, and he is up to a whole ten pounds! His mom and dockter is furry happy about this, and Beau is doin furry well.


THE FOSTER CONNEKSHUN

The Wiscatsin fosterkits all gots their pichurs taked and put on Petfinder.com so hopefully they can be seen by a new fambly that wants to adopt them. There are some more new foster kittens in Mew York as usual, and it seems to be the same rooteen of fattenin them up so they can get helthy fur adopshun too.

= Aunty Terri Midask9 =
Aunty Terri resently tooked a test so that she can get an innervue to be able to do the job she alreddy been doin at work. She also had anuther innervue fur a part-time job, and bofe has gone well. She is a good humane ossifer, and all the aminals is lucky to have her care so much fur them.

= Grampa NY =
Tarrigo’s grampa was bringed to the horsepiddle by a frend the other day, but he seems to be doin okeydoke and there hasn’t been a diagnosis of anyfing definite at this time.

Muwway dis is a classic pwoblem dat we men about town inevitably run up against. Being the Bon Vivant that you is, I am sure you is very popular wiff da ladykits. So, da impurrtant thing here is truffulness and communication. Be sure you convey to dese ladies if you are happy jus datink and aren't lookink to become married, engaged, or otherwise attached. Playink da field is lots ob fun (I myself did a bit ob dat in my younger days). If you is enjoyink boff of dem equally, den keep doink what you is doink.
Now if your heart tell you that you purrfur one ob dem ober da other, than again, you needs to be trufful and communicate these things, especially to da one dat gonna be "dumped" so to meow. Wotefur you do, don't find youself in da posishun of haffink boff ladys show up at your apurrtment at da same time. Be sure to keep a furry accurate little black book, if you get my drift. Remember, dere may be a 3rd lady who come into da picture dat will totally steal your heart away. Wotefur happens, lissen to your heart. When da rite ladykit comes along, you will know it. I know when I found my true luff, Nikki, there were no room fur anyone else. Dood Luck!

Hello everykit, this is Squashy, your kit on the bed. I am waiting for mom to get me my dinner so I gonna sit right here on this bed licking her head until she gives in to my boyish charms. So far they aren't working so well so I might start scratching on the best post as an alternative after I finish typing my artikul.
So anyhow, I got the results to the Halloween costume contest and I bet you are all just sitting on the edge of your seats in wonderment as to who won.
Well, for the real deal contest, Kasper came in first place with his costume in drag as a Goldilocks. CindeLu, a pirate gypsy girl after my own heart came in second place. I wish she was still around cuz I would for sure want to date a gypsy queen with the looks that she gots. vavavavooooom.
For the photo shopping contest Ash came in first place with his fine Elvis costume and Sophie came in second. Thank you everykit for participatink and votink in the contest.
I am going on sabatickul for a bit, but I will bring back the kit on the street questions and photo contests very soon.
