Hipp, Hipp, Hooray fur the Red, White, ‘n Bloo! Yep, it’s that time of year again ... the most patriotical of all ... Independence Day ... The 4f of July! We’ll be havin a two-day sellybrashun this week, bofe on the boards and in chat, wif pardees, purrades, pikniks, and somepe purrty, quiet kitsafe fireworx displays in the evenings!
There hasn’t been too much actibities goin on in the Village this week. A longtime resident earned his wings, as did as anuther lil pet. There’s a purroject that many of the gang is workin on togeffur, and effurry has been dealin wif the goofy wether still. All the mews that’s fit to purrint is rite here in the Mews, so keep on readin’!

= AngelKitty Reunited With AngelWife =

Longtime Village resident Bandit Noblecat earned his angel wings last week. He had been dealin with crf and other purroblems fur a long time, and finely desided that it was time to rest. Bandit is surbibed by momDani and dadDon, and hooman sisfur and bruffur-ink-paw Patti and Scott Whee, and many siblins and frends. Bandit was joyfully reunited at the Bridge wif angelwifekit Samantha Purr, and many other loved ones. He will be grately missed ... {{ }}

= The Meowipedia Purroject =

A new purroject is goin on around town, and effurry is joinin in to help. A dikshunary-type book is bein compiled, altho it is turnin out more to be a type of Meowipedia. All the words and frazes that is uneek to our Village is bein gathered togeffur, and compiler Bayli Snowta is hard at work organizin them. = Meowmorial Chat =

A luvly Meowmorial chat was held this past week to remember Munchkin Catnip. Lots of meowmories were shared, along with some tears, some laffs, lotsa huggs fur Aunty Dottie, and of course tons of food! It was a luvly meowmorial indeed.

= Oops =

Murray Purrple’s mom wasn’t too happy wif him the other day when he desided to leave a ‘purresent’ on the floor. Altho it may or may not have been intenshunal (could be an alien klingon), Murray purromised that he would be more careful in the future to give his mom nicer gifts.

= New Kitten =

Altho Katie Kalico isn’t around the Village often, effurryone knows her ... and she has a new lil sisfur! After bein rescued by a aunty at around 3 weeks old, lil Misti has now comed to lived with Katie and Marvin. Misti is about 8 weeks old now, and a furry cute lil grey baby.

= Other Angels =

A small Village frend made his final hop along the bunnwabba trail to the Rainbow Bridge resently. After a nice afternoon in the sun, munchin on greens, he earned his little wings. He is surbibed and missed by Tarrigo NY and fambly.
Jade Polar lost anuther siblin the other day, wif the passing of eskimo-goggie sisfur, Kayla. Kayla had some tummy purroblems, and made her journey to the Bridge unekspektedly. Her mom was at her side.


THE MEOWDICAL REPURRT

= Mia Midask =

Mia, who is a feral indoor kitty, isn’t doin too well and is furry skinny. Her pawrents has made the decishun to let her be happy and healthy and frendly at the Bridge soon. {{ }}

= Annie & Minette Wiscatsin =

Annie is doin much better wif her ‘bottom-dribblin’ after bein on her medisin. The results of Minette’s tests comed back, and effurry one was purrfekt! This is a grate accomplishment fur a 17-year-young kitty, and her mom is furry pleased. She is bein encourajed to eat kitten food and treets to put on some wate.


FOSTER CONNEKSHUN

Purrty good fings is goin on in the foster world fur the most part. Aunty Dottie Catnip and her groop captured some feral kittens whose mom had tangled wif a metalmonster. Aunty Sue Connecticat’s lil foster kitten is doin betterer wif his plugged purroblems. A fosterkitten at Clover Blossom Farm jumped in a mop bukket and dumped it ober, but all turned out well if not wet there.
The nicest mews in the foster area this week is that Tarrigo NY and his momMary completed their Fast and Furriest Walk fur the local shelter. They raised ober 600 greenpapers and took 3rd place in amount of greenpapers. Concatst to them!

It`s time for you to be fed.

Then I come out cautiously,
looking all around;
Hoping that I will not hear,

Crawling on my belly,
Heading toward the food;
Another round of CRASHES,
