Ups and downs. Life is a roller coaster, and sometimes them ups and downs just gets you. It’s been like that in the Village resently, wif so many good fings, and so many sad fings all at once, that effurry is a lil unsettled lately. You fink fings is goin good, and then boom. You fink fings is all settled, and then bam. Roller coaster rides sure can be fun, and life would be borin iffen effurryfing was always the same ... but sometimes a nice merry-go-round ride would be nice, wouldn’t it ...
The Village has eggsperienced the sad loss of a longtime resident this week, a weddin will take place this week, and a new adopshun has occurred. Ups and downs. Catch up on all that’s mew around the Village effurry week rite here in the Mews, and let’s hope fur merry-go-rounds next week!

The Village has lost a speshul long-time member on Monday. Savitar’s Ashland Othello, better known as Ash or Ashums around town, has gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. A return of his cancer was found, and Ash and his pawrents desided it was time. Ash is surbibed by his sad pawrents momPortia and dadPeter, siblins Zade and Tare, and many frends in the Village, incloodin speshul frend Lynsi. He is reunited wif wifekit Nikki and many good frends at the Bridge where he is well and eating up a storm. See you again, someday, Ash ..... {{{ }}}

The Wiscats finely admitted that lil ‘fosterkit’ Mausie isn’t goin anywhere, and have furmally announced her adopshun and Frenchie name. Mausie is now named Madeleine-Louise Munchkin, wif names honorin blackkitty Bridge bruther Louis, and blackkitty Bridge Village icon Munchkin. The purroud new pawrents are Sammy and Annie Wiscat-CCarlini, and are overjoyed with their new baby.

The Furrlorida kits have been finkin of takin up new careers lately. Spencer, who is furry good at helpin wif momKathy’s headakes by cuddlin, is considerin becomin a doctor. He would like to join his sisfur Petie, a nursekit, in practice. Jebbie, on the other paw, is more actiff, and finks bein a purrfesshunal United Furrderashun Cat wressler mite be in the cards fur him in the future.

Captain Video is once again home, happy in his familiar surroundings. His pawrents put him in jail while they taked a trip to see Grampa resently, and while CV grumbles a lot about bein in jail, it’s a lil known sekret that he really likes it there, flirtin wif the vet teks and helpin the vetdokter out with checkups ....

That’s the noyse that Murray Purrple has been hearin lately, as he enjoys his new water fountain. After hearin about them from other Villagers, Murray desided he wanted one, and is pleased wif his mom’s purchase of a fountain fur him to drink from.

= Nicky Catnip =
Nicky resently found out that he will need a toe amputatshun to help the bad toe/claw situashun that he’s been dealin wif. Unfurtunately, it was also discobered that Nicky has a hart condishun (cardiomyopathy) after an ekko fingy. Altho this shouldn’t affect his sturjery, Nicky does need eggstra monitoring and to be on some meds fur awhile afore he has his operashun.
= Muffin StLouie =
Muffin’s red number hasn’t been impurrovin lately, despite her ruth’n’pete’n shots. The vetdokter and her pawrents is tryin to figger out a way to help her get that number back up so she has more of an appytite and feels betterer.
= Beau Wiscat =
Beau had anuther vetdokter checkup, and he has losted more wate. He still doesn’t wanna eat much at all, and his mom is bizzy tryin to figger out foods he will eat and mebbe a way to get some appytite pills into him.
= BunnaBean Whee =
BunnaBean, a senior bunnwabba at the Treehouse, appurrently suffered some kind of stroke resently. He is doing okeydoke so fur wif Wheesmom’s speshul kind of care.
= Quentin Indianakit =
Quentin finely got to have his vetdokter’s annual checkup and get it ober wif, after bein postponed a cuppla times. He lost a lil wate, which is good, and effurry checks out just fine. He do have a toofer abscess which will be taken care of at his next toofer cleanin.
= Maddy “Mausie” Wiscat =
Maddy has begun fizzical therapy wif a therapist, and so far effurry fing is going well fur her. Wismom has been learnin some tekneeks to help her as well.

Foster babykits Andy and Annie resently had a checkup and is doing fine ... and are felv negatiff! Bigg foster bruthers Cookie and Benji have been bizzy teachin the lil ones how to use the litterbox purroperly.

There’s a new foster kit at Bendy’s house ... Felix. He is felv pawsitiff, but that doesn’t bother nokit, and hopefully he will be able to find a fureber home soon.

Several kitties resently got their new fureber homes from Tarrigo’s house, incloodin Claire, Katya, and Hermes. Several other kittens played spades and was tootered last week, all successfully.
= Clover Blossom Farm =
Fosterbarnkitten Linus went to his (hopefully) fureber home on Sunday. He hid for hours afore his new mom came, and effurry was afraid he woulnd’t be found and the mom would leave sans kitten. But Linus popped out shortly after she came, so he musta known the lady was his new mom.

do a extra scoop wen dis happen, but sometimes her werk late and come home too tired to go outside (we inna walkup purtmint), and her just cover it over herownself. Wut can I do bout dis?
