Happy Meowlloween! That funnest of all dress-up-funny-and-eat-candy hollydays is almost upon us! Effurry has been bizzy gettin their costumes reddy, carvin more punkins, and buyin and makin treets to give away ... and in the case of some kits, finkin up tricks to play! There will be several pardees this week, so mark you calendars!
Effurry has been so bizzy in fack, that not much eggcitin has gone on in the Village at all this week. That’s okay ... sometimes no mews is good mews. And readin a shorter issue of The Mews will give you more time to get reddy fur Meowlloween! ;)

= New Home Needed =

The Villagers got some kind of sad mews the other day, when it was discobered that Tita Hulakit won’t be able to make the trip to movin to Hawaii with her dad after all. It would be too much fur Tita to be in kwaranteen ober in Hawaii, and there some other isshues. Unkle John is furry sad at this decishun, but he knows it’s the rite one fur Tita. He and many others are furry bizzy lookin fur just the rite new home fur Tita, where she can still keep in touch with Unkle John, and mebbe us too. Effurry is wishin the best of luck fur bofe of them ... {{ }}

= Up, Up, and Away ... =

But not in a beeyooteeful balloon! Some interestin critters has arrived in MeowChat Village to bisit ... majical griffins! Trickzi HDTVKit manajed to find not one, but two of them in a majical fairy land, and she and Ferris flew them into the Village fur effurry to see. They plan to hook up Ceilidh’s majic black cat carpet to the griffins, and take effurry fur a ride and adbenchur!

Some of the littler kits is still workin on a circus to purrsent to the older kits, and are practisin real hard on their rooteens.

= Meowlloween Pardees! =

There will be two MeowChat chat pardees this week ... on Friday at 9:00 est, and Satterday at 11:00 e. Of course there will be sellybrashuns on the messaje board too, so come to some or all of the pardees, in costume, acourse! Good times will be had by all, and lots of food, fun, and frolickin!

Don’t furget ... there’s still time to send in entries fur the Meowipedia/Dikshunary Purroject! Bayli is nearly done with the furst edishun, but is still akseptin more entries at phkellen@pethobbyist.com until actual publicashun. Revishuns will only be made thereafter effurry 6 months or so, so get ‘em in while you can!

Muffin had her blood stoled resently, and her numbers isn’t bein too cooperatiff. Her red number went down, and her buns and creechurs went up. :( She hadda spend two days (eggcept fur nitetime) at the horsepiddle gettin ivy flooids to help. Hopefully Muffin’s numbers will start behavin real soon.

Just when fings was looking good, a few more kitties at the Catnip house has been havin purroblems. Riley was shakin his head, and it turns out that he gots some ear infekshuns goin on. Harley had a yukky brakeout of chin acne, and hasta have some oinkment put on it.

Sadly, the two remainin foster kittens at Tarrigo’s house didn’t make it, and made their journey to the Bridge. Purrhaps they was just meant to be lil angels, but they knewed care and love while they was here.
