Well, once again, we apawlogize fur a dubble isshue this week, and none last week on accounta computer trubbles. We is campanin fur a new computer, or at least better innernet connekshun!
Nonetheless, here we are again, and into March. They say March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lammy, and lions are the key word around the Village lately! Not only are there quite a few lil ‘lions’ runnin about town, but the Afrikan adbenchur is reddy to roll on some good times, and no doubt some lions and other wild aminals will be spotted ... make sure you join in!
There’s been a lotta illnesses resently in our fair Village, and one fambly has lost a member. A few kitties has been gettin into mischiff (nuffin new with that!), and the Village is alreddy bizzy gettin reddy fur the next hollyday, St. Pawtrick’s Day! The Shimpie Clan has lost anuther speshul member, when Velvet desided it was time to make her journey. She is no longer ill, and has defnitely earned her wings. She is surbibed by her mom, many siblin kits, and frends in the Village. Free and well again .... {{{ }}}
= Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar? =
“Not me! Couldn’t be!” accordin to Riley Catnip. Howeber, the ebidence was rite there on floor, and he couldn’t hide the fack that he was indeed tryin to steel cookies! Riley knokked down his mom’s faborite cookie jar (the one that looks like Harley) tryin to snitch a snack, and it broked. Riley was duly apawlogetic, and his mom did furgive him ... howeber, he must save up his allowance to pay fur a new jar.
= Claws Amighty! =
Willie StLouie got himself into a purrdikament the other day. Appurrently either tryin to shut the door the hard way, or else playin peek-a-book thru the door crack (he isn’t tellin), Willie manajed to get a claw stuck in the hinje of the door. Puttin up a squall, his mom rushed to his aid, and was able to unhook the eggsplorer without injury or further insident.
= Sooper Stud =
Sneekin outta the house without his hooman pawrents’ knowledje, Ferris Snowta took off fur the Piercin Purrlor in the next town, and got his ear pierced without purrmisshun. He hid his pierced ear well, obviously takin his dimond stud out durin the day, as SnowtaMom just notised yesterday the tiny hole in Ferris’ ear flap. She was not amused, but so fur she doesn’t suspeck a fing and finks that Ferri merely has an old bite or claw healed-up owie. Ferris would appurreshiate if other Villagers did not tell his mom about his new earrins ...
= Snoozin =
Some kitties like sleepin in kitty beds, others on couches, while others just find some yooneek places to sleep. Tita HulaPepsicola, who is still makin good purrogress on adaptin to her new home, has discobered that a pile of cleen laundry is a wunnerful place to nap. Cathy NYC-Snowta, acourse, purrfurs her mom’s lapp. Jordi Snowta has taken to sleepin behind her mom when she sits on the computer chair, and Trickzi HDTVkit sure does like her box! THE MEOWDICAL REPURRT
= Rusti Idyhokit =
Rusti resently took a trip to the vetdokter on accounta she was losin some wate. After some tests, it was determined that she is diabetikal. Her mom is doin real well with the insolence shots and learnin about Rusti’s condishun, so Rusti is doin furry well so fur manajin her sweet condishun.
= Squashy Zilly =
Squashy is not too squishy lately, as he has had to spend seberal days off and on at the vetdokter tryin to get him unplugged again. He takes seberal medicashuns, and his mom watches his diet furry carefully, but somehow Squashy still gets blocked up and can’t go. He doesn’t like punkin furry much (altho Gonzo luvs it), but hopefully soon a way to keep Squashy ‘on the go’ will be found.
= Marvin Midask9 =
Marvin has been purroudly showin off his collieflower ear around town lately. After sufferin a heematoma on his ear, and some minor sturjery by the vetdokter to help it drain, Marvin was lefted with some lumpy scar tisshue. It healed up well, but kinda folds down a bit, and Marvin has been wonderin if purrhaps this means he is a Maine Fold now.
= Meadow and Casey Catnip =
After a resent checkup and blood stealin, it was found that Meadow Catnip is also diabetikal. At this time, insolence isn’t a good opshun fur her cuz of her azzma and pancakeitis, but a chanje in diet may help at this point. Casey’s tests turned out purrty well, with only a tiny change in kittney values and wate since last check up.
= Minette Wiscat =
Minette visited her vetdokter, and had some tests done as well. So fur she has losted a lil more wate, but seems to be feelin purrty good most of the time. There is some tummy-oopses, and Minette gets her water torchur, but she feels well enuff to carry her faborite mousie around the house and seems to be purrty happy.
= Bailey Furlorida =
Bailey was tootered last week, and after a short stay in the vetdokter’s clinic, he was released much smarter than afore. His healin was furry quick, and he is doin just fine and dandy now, much to the delite of girlpal Maddy Wiscat-Carlini-Whatebertherestofhernameis
= Nectarine and Jean-Claude Shrimpie =
Nectarine, who suffers from stomatitis, resently had her toofies removed in a hope that it helps the inflammashuns subside. The sturjery went well, and she is recoberin nicely at home. Her bruther Jean-Claude also has stomatitis, but seems to be feelin betterer with some new medisin.
= Larry and EmmaJean Snowta =
Larry, goin in fur his usual azzma shot, was found to have lost a lotta wate resently. After some stoled blood was tested, and puttin togeffur some other symptoms, it was found that Larry is hyper-thighroyd. Pills is the best opshun fur him, and we is sure he will do just fine on them. His dawter, EmmaJean, is still strugglin with bronkos in her chest, so is on anuther course of auntybiotix.

= Tarrigo NY’s Gramma =
Gramma NY had her hart sturjery last week, and effurry fing went furry, furry well. The sturjery was successful, the recobery was quik, and she was outta the horsepittle in less than a week. She is now at home finishin her recobery wif her adult kids takin turns takin care of her til she is 100 purrcent again.
= Aunty PHGinger’s Dawter =
The adult dawter of Aunty PHGinger resently had some major tummy sturjery. The last update we heared is that the sturjery went okeydoke, and she was recobering, but much Glow is always appurreshiated fur Kalli.
= Catnip Granddawter =
Lil Ava Catnip is not feelin too well lately, as she has debeloped namonia. It’s no fun fur lil girls to be sick, so hopefully she will recober real soon.
