The autumnal wether is swiftly marchin on around these parts, and effurry at Clover Blossom Farm is packin away the fall stuff, and cleanin up to get reddy fur Kitmas decorashuns! It�s neber too early fur sparkly lites and purrty fings ...
It�s an On-The-Move kinda week! One of our Villagers is makin a most monumental move next week, and will be joinin one of our reglar residenshul famblies .... this is a wunnerful fing fur all inbolbed! Another kitty fambly has moved into MeowChat Village, a coupla hooman famblies is buyin new homes, and well ... we�ll just try to hold them all still long enuff to get all the details to print, rite here in the Mews!

= Movin Out and Movin In =

As most of our Villagers know, it was determined not long ago that Tita Hulakit would not be able to make the move to Hawaii with her dad next month. The area was scoured fur a new fureber home fur Tita, to no abail. Finely, the purrfekt new home was located ... rite in our own fair Village!
Tita will be movin this week to Pepsicola, to join Franci, Caleb, Oreo, and Willow as one of the furkids of Aunty Connie. Eben bettererer, Unkle John is makin the trip on the aeroplane with Tita from Mew Jersey to Furloriday, and will stay a day to help them all get adjusted. This gonna be a fantastical time, wif the two hoomans meetin fur the furst time, and the new �ColaHula fambly bein combined. Concats to all!

= More Movin In =

The Village has welcumed a new fambly resently, as Trickzi and Hairy Hoodini have moved into the area. They have buyed Nikki and Ash Snowta-Meowzers� purreviously lonely house, and have been bizzy decoratin and movin their fings in. Many residents helped with the movin and unpackin, and a welcomin committee is workin on showin them around the Village.

= More Movin Out =

The Noblekit and Whee famblies has been furry bizzy wif their packin of their hoomans� possesshuns, as the time to move out of their current homes draws near. Bofe has finded sootable houses, and altho they is further apart than they�d like, bofe famblies seem to be happy with the pawsibilities of the new homes.

= Lucky Black Cat Pardee =

The Lucky Black Cat Friday the 13th Pardee was held on ... well, Friday the 13th, silly! Lucky Black Cats was sellybrated, while other pardeegoers donned black cat ears and tails to join in the fun. Paloma Abycat brought 13 yummy treets, and a wunnerful time was had by all!

= No Fightin! =

There was a battle at the Shrimpie Clan home the other day, and screeches could be heard all ober the Village. Enki and Anu had a spat, and one ended up wif a bad bite on his tail. He doin okeydoke tho, so fur.
Meanwhile, ober at Clover Blossom Farm, some of the chicketydoodahs has been gettin into their own tiffs as they mature. The bigg roosters scared a lil roo, who was missin fur a day or so, but was finely found hidin unner a corn crib. Iffen the bigg roos don�t start behavin, there may be announsment of a free chikken dinner at the Farm ...

= New Frends =

More and more new critter-type frends has been movin into the Village lately, with addishun of a few more griffins, and eben a feenix and a purrty dragon to the MCV Stable. Tony the Pony Purr has been put in charje of all of the newbies, and is bizzy assignin stalls and feed pails.

= MaddyLou and Minette Wiscat =

Bofe Minette and Maddy has debeloped bladder infekshuns resently, altho they is from unrelated causes. Maddy�s growin biggerer, and is eben a lil bit biggerer than Minette now. Maddy will play her spades game in a week or so. Minette has losted some wate in her senior years, but her blood tests show effurryfin is still okeydoke. The kitties don�t like their medisin too much, but they is bein good and takin it.

= Annie & Andy Connecticat =

Annie played spades the other day, and won with a hi score! She feels so good that her mom hasta keep her from tryin to jump around. Her bruther Andy is feelin bettterer, and seems to have his head screwed on strait now. He will be tootered soon.

= Muffin StLouie =

Muffin was resently diagnosed with a ear infekshun, and she is bein a good girl with takin her medisin. Her ear is feelin better now, and her red number, altho low, has been holdin steddy and at least not droppin no more. She is enjoyin treets of babymeetfood to help get her wate up.

= Tita Hulakit =

A resent checkup showed that Tita had some sorta nodyool on her thighroyd, and the vetdokter stoled some blood to see iffen she had that hyperT or somefin else. Furtunately, all is well, and Tita is cleared to fly next week.

FOSTER CONNEKSHUN

= Catnip Crew =

It�s been a kinda sad week fur Aunty Dotty and the AHAL groop, as they losted a longtime foster kitty resently. Altho the kitty had lifelong purroblems, she did well, and now her kitty sisfur and the groop are sad that she is gone. Anuther kitty has come in with some pawsible nurolojical isshues, and tests is bein done.

= Shrimpie Clan =

A furmerly FeLV pawsitive foster kitty was bein retested this week to see iffen he turned negatiff, but no more meows have been heard on results. Anuther foster kitty who resently had eyeboll sturjery is growin bigg and strong now. Sadly, a senior foster kitty has passed on to the Rainbow Bridge, and is mourned by his orijinal mom, and his foster fambly.

Now that Meowlloween is ober, thots will soon be turnin to the next hollyday-with-lotsa-eatin that�s comin up ... Fanksgivin! It will be a time fur us all to give fanks fur what is good in our nine lifes this year ...
It�s been anuther relatively quiet week around the Village, but there have been some bigg chanjes in the works fur some famblies ... some fur the good, some not so good. = Litterbomb Misshun! =

A litterbomb misshun is in the works fur parts of Indeeanna. It seems the state hoomans has been bein real not-nice to the Whees and Noblekits lately. They not givin them enuff greenpapers fur their houses they is forced to sell ... they not givin them enuff time to move out and find a new home ... and they not givin them the greenpapers to move until way after they hasta be gone! That is some math that just don�t add up, and so a nice litterbomb misshun mite make them state hooomans recheck their calculators. Start stockin up the litterboxes now, and more infurmashun will be furthcoming.

= Movin on Down the Road =

Mufassa and Isis FlCountry has desided that they would like to move to their other gramma�s house in Michicat, so they and their pawrents is bizzy packin to make this move. Condishuns will be better, and hopefully good jobs and a good new fresh start on life will happen fur them all.

= No Fair, No Treet =

The Pepsicola Gang got a bit of a disappoinkment the other day, but not as much as their mom did. She buyed a fansy-schmansy stake and cooked it up ... only to find it was tuffer than the hide on an 80-year-old water buffalo. Aunty Connie tossed the stake into the food purrocessor to make a treet fur the kitties insted, and ended up laffin maniacally as the stake grabbed the blade and went fur a ride, refusin to be chopped one bit. She finely threwed the stake in the trash, to the diskapointment of all. (Psst, next time, Aunty Connie, put it in a pot of broth and simmer fur a few hours and make soup outta the meet!)

= Full Moonitis =

Mebbe it�s the full moon, but fings been kinda crazy around Clover Blossom Farm. The stoopid computer is possessed and wouldn�t go online fur a couple days, then did suddenly ... and now the SnowtaKits afraid to sign off. Ferris and Remi got into a drag-out, knock-down, fur-flyin fite the other day, and SnowtaMom hadda smack them with a towel a few times to get them apart (she didn�t have a beer in her hand to toss on them this time). Then Jordi aksidently got locked inna workroom fur hours and hours, cuz she sneeked in there as the door was being shut. Not to menshun the other full moon unmenshunables that go on around here ....

= New Home Almost Reddy =

Moxie Mainecat and the gang is about reddy to move into their new house. Their pawrents been furry bizzy paintin it, and now packin to move in. They is gonna have a grand time eggsploring the new place.

= Hoodini Kit =

Caleb Pepsicola seems to have a bit of Hoodini kit in him ... or mebbe he been takin lessons from Sally. Caleb somehow gotted himself into a room wif a shut door, and he isn�t tellin how he did it. Other kits told tales of them gettin into mysterious places as well, so mebbe a majic show will be held sometime in the future.

Tireseas, who had a bad eyeboll, resently underwent noocleashun to make him into a pirate. The sturjery was quite successful, and Tireseas is healin and doin well. He is now a First Mate-in-training on the Snow Princess.

Maddie still isn�t doing too well with holdin her wate and eatin enuff, and her vetdokter suspecks that mebbe a limp foama mite be the cause. Maddie is a tuff gal, and has no intenshuns of gettin sick anytime soon.

= Willie StLouie =
Willie had his followup ex-rays and checkup after his metalmonster aksident a few weeks back, and his repurrt card came back with all As ... healed up as well as can be fur a bionic boy!

= Ferris & Larry Snowta =
Ferri and Larry both saw Dr. Joel the other day fur claw clippin. Ferri had a claw slitely imbedded in his pad and SnowtaMom couldn�t get it out by herownself. Larry also got his depo shot, so he can stop wheezin soon.

All foster kitties seem to be doin fine rite now. The Shrimpie Clan got some wunnerful mews resently fur the rescue they work with: a cat-lovin hooman passed away and left almost 2 millyun greenpapers to several cat charities, includin theirs. They will get 400,000 greenpapers in a few months, which acourse would grate help any cat rescue.

Happy Meowlloween! That funnest of all dress-up-funny-and-eat-candy hollydays is almost upon us! Effurry has been bizzy gettin their costumes reddy, carvin more punkins, and buyin and makin treets to give away ... and in the case of some kits, finkin up tricks to play! There will be several pardees this week, so mark you calendars!
Effurry has been so bizzy in fack, that not much eggcitin has gone on in the Village at all this week. That�s okay ... sometimes no mews is good mews. And readin a shorter issue of The Mews will give you more time to get reddy fur Meowlloween! ;)

= New Home Needed =

The Villagers got some kind of sad mews the other day, when it was discobered that Tita Hulakit won�t be able to make the trip to movin to Hawaii with her dad after all. It would be too much fur Tita to be in kwaranteen ober in Hawaii, and there some other isshues. Unkle John is furry sad at this decishun, but he knows it�s the rite one fur Tita. He and many others are furry bizzy lookin fur just the rite new home fur Tita, where she can still keep in touch with Unkle John, and mebbe us too. Effurry is wishin the best of luck fur bofe of them ... {{ }}

= Up, Up, and Away ... =

But not in a beeyooteeful balloon! Some interestin critters has arrived in MeowChat Village to bisit ... majical griffins! Trickzi HDTVKit manajed to find not one, but two of them in a majical fairy land, and she and Ferris flew them into the Village fur effurry to see. They plan to hook up Ceilidh�s majic black cat carpet to the griffins, and take effurry fur a ride and adbenchur!

= Circus, Circus =

Some of the littler kits is still workin on a circus to purrsent to the older kits, and are practisin real hard on their rooteens.

Just when fings was looking good, a few more kitties at the Catnip house has been havin purroblems. Riley was shakin his head, and it turns out that he gots some ear infekshuns goin on. Harley had a yukky brakeout of chin acne, and hasta have some oinkment put on it.

BOO! Did I scare you? Well, it�s almost that time of year again, where lil kits dress up in funny costumes and get to begg fur treets, while bigg kits dress up in funny costumes and eat lotsa treets! There�ll be several pardees going on that weekend in the Village, so make sure you start workin on your costume now!
It�s been a bizzy week around the Village, besides the Halloween purrepurrashuns. Some kits has been on the lamb (altho they should know that sheepies really don�t move fast enuff to eggscape furry far), there�s some annifursaries about, and who found somefin mysterious in a closet? = Eggscapes! =

A couple of kits have made a brake fur it resently, which isn�t a good fing. A goggie at the Shrimpie Clan�s house was unknowinly diggin a hole near the outdoor kitty pen, and Bartholomew desided to run fur it. He didn�t get far ... just onto the porch ... and his mom soon figgered out where the hole was and patched it up again.
Smiggle Kasiakit thought it would be fun when her dad opened the garage door (which is her place of residence) to run outside. Smig goes out occashunally on a leash soopervised, but this time she was loose. Lukkily her daddy scooped her rite up and got her back in, where she was safe and sound again.

= Boom, Crunch =

What is it with fallin trees lately? Furst it was the SnowtaKit�s pen gettin squished, and now Mufassa and Isis Flcountry�s pawrents� car got skwunched by a tree fallin on it. The back winnow was broked up and the car not much good fur anyfing but parts now. Furtunately, a new truck was found, so there won�t be no trubble gettin the kits to vet appoinkments, buying cat food, etc.

= Missterious Appearance =

Topaze and her mom found an interestin fing in a closet not long ago ... a metal bob trapp! What is so missterious is that they neber seen it there afore and have no cloo how it got there. It distappeared again just as missteriously, so hopefully it isn�t some wily bobs finkin they can trap Topaze in the trapp!

= House Huntin =

Sammy Whee and his fambly is still huntin fur a new house, and fink they has founded one that is purrty neato. They and the Noblekits would live a few miles apart, but they fink they would get used to that (eben tho they woulnd�t like it!). The state is still yankin chains on how much greenpapers they get fur the old housies, so it is hoped that gets resolbed soon.

= Halloween is Comin ... =

The Village has been havin a wunnerful time plannin fur that fun hollyday of Halloween. Ober at Catnip Farm, Vester and Oreo Idyhokit has been gatherin punkins and showin some of the younger Villagers how to purroperly carve a jack-o-lantern. All the punkins turned out grate, and you can see them displayed in the Village Square until Halloween, when the lil ones will take them to their own homes.
The usual pardees in the chatrooms and the board are bein planned. Sheriff Mufassa Flcountry has been bizzy sortin thru the records in the attic of Village Hall, and findin all the Halloweeny type ones, like Monster Mash.
Ober at the Candy Shoppe, Remi and Paloma is gearin up fur the biggest candy hollyday of the year. Paloma has been workin obertime, wif the assistance of Jordi Snowta, to get all the Halloween themed candies done, while Remi has been keepin up with the regular supplies of choklits and other candy.
The lil kits in the Village is bizzy pickin out what they want to be fur halloween trick-or-treetin, and a day will be planned fur all to help make decorashun fur the Village Square.

= Circus in Town =

While it may not be Brrrnum and Tailey, there is a circus in town, and the purrfurmers are havin a grand time gettin reddy. Charcoal and LingLing MewYork, along with Maddy Wiscat, The Wil Fings Purr, Willow Pepsicola, Jordi Snowta, Bailey Furrlorida, and others is all purrparin a circus act in the old barn near the park, wif lots of fun acts and shows. Hopefully they will put on a grate show fur the older kits in the Village fur a treet.

Poor lil Andy been havin a tuff time lately, wif his ears and eyebolls. He gots infekshun in his ear and that vestibule dizease, and the medisins he tooked mite have made him blind-like fur a while. He seems to be seein now, and altho he havin trubble with balance and head tilt, Andy is doin okey so fur with the care of his luvin moms.

Jebbie hadda go see the vetdokter resently, on accounta he had a bad cold that wouldn�t go away. The vetdokter sed it wasn�t nuffin too seeryus, so Jebbie is takin auntybioticals which will soon make him betterer.

= Quentin Indianacat =
Quentin had a day trip to the vetdokter the other day, to get his purrly whites all shined up. While he was cranky when he got home and hissed at Star, Quentin did just fine and is happy to have it ober with.

Muffin had her red number checked at the vet the other day, and unfurtunately it went back down to 24. Effurry is sendin lots good red wishes fur it to go back up again.

Sadly, anuther lil cheezy fosterkitten went to the Rainbow Bridge last week. While one other one was strugglin fur awhile, she is now doing betterer, and the two remainin kittens and momcat are eggspected to recober okeydoke from their URIs.

A foster kitten which had tested pawsitive fur felv purreviously is now testin negatiff, which is furry good mews. Now he can be adopted out soon to a good fureber home.

The winter months will soon be upon us, and hopefully will give us much needed respitt from the many losses we�ve eggsperiensed lately. One little Village kitty had a missteerious occurrence and close call, while others have been off on more adbenchurs. Sadly, Honeydew Noblekit made her journey to the Rainbow Bridge early last week. She gotted furry sick with kittney isshues suddently, purrobably bringed on by her strokes. She is sadly missed by momDani and dadDon, hoomansisfur PattiWhee and Scott, her many siblins, and her many friends in the Village. Such a sweet angel will always be remembered ... {{{ }}}

= A Brave Rescue =

The saga of the wanderin kittens didn�t end with them all bein grounded fur swipin a paddleboat last week. Willow Pepsicola, Jordi Snowta, Maddy Wiscat, and fosterkitten Lingling sneeked out fur a late nite rondayvoo, and while Maddy made it home okeydoke and Lingling fell asleep on a bench, Willow was nearly swept away by The Grate Owl. Her dad Vester grabbed her and saved her in the nik of time.
Jordi, off on a midnite stroll to the candy shoppe to see if Aunty Paloma (workin the nite shift) needed help, was also nearly attacked by The Grate Owl on her way back home. Lukkily, her bruther, Bugg Idyhokit had followed her, and soon ressled the Owl to the ground savin Jordi from harm. It was quite an ebening, and purrhaps the youngkits has learned their lessons about adbenchurin alone.

= The Tale of the Sinjed Tail =

A missterry is about in the Village, when Miss Buttercup Midask9 resently turned up with a sinjed tail. Altho her mom and dad and effurry in MeowChat Village has been searchin hi and lo, no one can find anywhere that lil BC mite have gotten burnt tailfeffurs. Not a pilot lite, not an outlet shorted out, not a candle or nuffin. Iffen anykit has any infurmashun on this odd occurrense, please contact Aunty Terri immediately.

= Open Doors =

There�s always been an open door pollysy at the Treehouse ... any critter is welcum to come inside, get a bite to eat, purrop up their footsies, and enjoy a rest. Howeber, the open door is not supposeta work the other way. Resently, a screen came off a winnow, and altho Wheesmom feared one of the kitties had gotten outside, all were good and stayin inside like they was supposeta.

= Windy, Windy =

It�s been real windy around Clover Blossom Farm lately, and the other mornin, the kits found out just how windy it really was. A bigg hunk of willow tree falled down boom at 4 ayem in the morning, and landed rite next to their outdoor pen. The tree squished the side and top of the pen (and broke the porch railin), but fankfully it will be easily fixed and nokit was hurted, and the house was eben okeydoke too.

Aunty Dottie has been workin hard wif catchin kits and gettin them fixed up, and resently catched some cats and kittens, incloodin a lil long-haired calico girl. The ladies is tryin to catch the rest of the kitties soon.

Just when you fink the kittens is done ... they isn�t done. No sooner did the last CloverBlossom barnkitten find a home when what did SnowtaMom find by the side of the road while drivin? A wet and shiverin kitten. This lil SOBOL boy will stay until he is older and can be tested and get rid of all his parrysites, then will be adopted out.

= Adbenchurous Kittens =

It�s not eben a full moon or nuffin, but some of the young kits in the Village has been doin some eggsplorin lately. Lil Andy Connecticat was missin resently, and his moms couldn�t find him anywhere. Finely, they heared a lil noyse under a bed, and lo and behold ... there was Andy, litterally in the bed! He had crawled up into the linin of the bed thru a lil hole, and was havin a good time playin hide�n�seek afore he tooked a nap.
MaddyLou Wiscat has been testin her boundaries lately. Nuffin seems to stop her, and she scampered out the back door into the garaje the other day while her mom was bringin out trash. Maddy ran and hided under the metalmonster, and her momNorma falled down tryin to grabb her (she�s okay), so Maddy stayed in the garaje by herownself fur awhile. She soon discobered that it wasn�t much fun, and mewed at the door to come back in. Altho the other Wiscats say it was nice that she wasn�t in their way fur awhile, they really did miss her and was happy she comed in again.

= Nope, Not Gonna Go =

Paloma Abycat has desided that it isn�t fair that she gotta be put in the den effurry day when momMoira goes to work, and is purrotestin this. While she useta go rite in the room, Paloma is now refusin, eben fur treets. Paloma hears about other kitties runnin free all day, and finks it�s not fair. She beleefs she should have the run of the house, and negoshiashuns are underway on this matter.

= A Sonic Squirt =

Some kitties adjust to a new home rite away, while others take their sweet time. Sonic Midask9, the newest fambly member, has desided that he would be rite happy iffen all the kitties, goggies, and the newdad would all just go away and leave him and momTerri by theirownselfs. He isn�t happy with the crowd there, and likes to spend most of his time on the counters and up high. Resently, Sonic showed his displeshure by squirtin a printer that was lefted on top of the frijageezerator. There, take that! Sonic thought to hissownself, altho it somehow did not make effurry else go away. It did howeber, make the printer harder to fix ....

= A Seaside Adbenchur =

A coupla of young kits got themselfs in trubble (again) the other day when they desided to take a small paddleboat out in the pond to the island. Willow Pepsicola and Jordi Snowta had a rousin time til they got tired, and Belle, the whale, had to push them back to shore. There, Willow�s dad Vester gave her whatfore fur �stealin� a boat, while Sheriff Mufassa FLCountry gave the kits cookies as a way to make them feel safe. Jordi, who still hasn�t been founded out by her momkit and dadkit, finks she is in the clear and won�t get in no trubble at all.

Snapp, Crackkle, Pop! Crispy, crunchy, crackly. Nope, that�s not the newest brekfast serial in the Village. It�s Clover Blossom Farm! We need rain! Altho fings greened up a bit seberal weeks ago, there hasn�t been a drop of moysture around in nearly a month. The grass hurts to walk on, and plants snapp off at the touch. The corn is all dry, way ahed of skedule :P If any has some spare rain, or purrfurrably storms, would you send them our way? A nice thunderboomer day would be so luvly ...
It�s been a purrty darn good week around the Village, we is happy to say. Not only was there no losses, but the Village gained a brand new lil member. A cool sellybrashun took place on an obskure hollyday, and a contest is about to be revvin up again soon! There are a few kits not feelin their best yet, so hopefully next week will bring eben more good mews ... make sure to read rite here to find out all that�s mew in The Mews!

= New Lil Villager =

The Villagers happily welcumed a new lil one this week. Petie Furlorida�s hooman Aunty Jefer founded a lil kitten by the roadside, in danjer of bein hit by a metalmonster, and bringed him home. Gramma Furlorida thot it was okeydoke to keep the kitten, and we unnerstand that Aunty Kaffy was thrilled at this uneggspected turn of ebents. Petie, howeber, isn�t so sure. She and the others still gettin used to the lil newcomer, as he is to Katie-goggie. It won�t take long til the new lil one ... now named Bailey ... will fit rite in! Welcum, Bailey!

= A Meowmentous Walk =

What some kits take fur granted is a milestone fur others. Lil MaddyLou Wiscat, who has difficulties walkin, took her giant leap fur catkind resently. She was able to take six whole steps by herself like a normal kitty would. It looks like her furapy is payin off! The Villagers were furry purroud of lil Maddy. Willow Pepsicola made a beeyooteeful bloo ribbon mettle fur Maddy�s accomplishment, and grampaRemi Snowta had a speshul button made to commemmemmmeowrate the occashun.

= Whooooo�s Out There ... =

A resent disturbanse outside late at nite had a few kits in a tizzy fur awhile, but it soon turned out to be just luvbirds Amelia Purr and Caleb Pepsicola out fur a late nite stroll. Finkin they�d have some fun scarin the luvvy-duvvy cupple, Sammy Whee, Willow Pepsicola, and Jordi Snowta soon crept out and has been followin them at a discreet distance, waitin fur the purrfect moment to jump and say BOO!

= New Home =

Meows have gotten around the Village that Moxie Mainecat and her fambly was in the market fur a new house, and it wasn�t long afore a nice one was found. Moxie and her hooman and furry fambly eggspect to be movin purrty soon, and altho they will miss the ghostie frends that are in the current house, no doubt there will be many new adbenchurs in the new house.

= Warm Kitty =

What better way to warm up in classic-style than to curl up by a warm woodstofe? Bradley Kasiakit got that oppurrtoonaty resently, when he came out from under the bed long enuff to enjoy a warm snooze. Brad�s been upset about construkshun on the house, and wasn�t too happy when the woodstofe got cool again.

Many of the cats resently not feelin well is holdin their own this week. Muffin StLouie�s red number is still low, but she�s feelin not-bad. Squashy Zilly and Murray Purrple bofe have gotten their plummin workin fur the most part. Honeydew Noble is holdin her own and walkin a lil bit too.

No sooner did the foster room at the Wiscats� get all fixed up then a new kitty fambly moved in. A mamacat with four newborned babykits is in there now, and they is all doin well. Name sugjeschuns is bein considered, altho Aunty Norma seems parshul to cheez names this time.

The last barn foster kitten has finely found his fureber home! Charlie went with his new daddy to his new home to meet his new kitty bruther on Satterday. There is no more grrlkits who haven�t played spades on the farm, so effurry is hopeful that after 12 years, this is the final end of wildkitten huntin and catchin effurry year. ;)

Unfurtunately, the resent trajedy of Village losses has not come to an end. This week, two of our long time residents has made their journeys. Other kits is heck-bent on eggscapin, while others is bein unjustly locked up. Some kits has been ill, while a few kitties just plain don�t wanna �go�! The Village sed a sad goodbye the other day to longtime resident, full-time divakit Mysti Morning TenHouseCats. She was taken ill suddenly, and made her journey to the Bridge uneggspectedly. She is sadly missed by her momMC, her many siblins, her hubbykit Charlee Purr, and other frends and fambly. A whisper in the wind, a myst on the pond ... {{{ }}}

= Flower Angel =

A speshul calico girlkit is now anuther star in the sky. Daisy MewJerseyKit, who�d fought a long battle with kittney failure, is now at peace. She is furry much missed by her momKarla, siblins BoBo and Emily, and many frends in the Village. A shiny little tricolor twinkle .... {{{ }}}

= Unjustly Jayled =

One little kitten got a sentence in jayl this past week, and she didn�t eben get a jury by tryal! Unbeknownst to momConnie, little Willow Pepsicola followed her into the hooman litterbox room one mornin. When the door was shut to keep out the teepee-unrollin Oreo fur the day, Willow was trapped! She spent all day in the LB room by herownself, scared and hungry. Her mom was furry repentent when she found Willow later that day in jayl, and has purromised to keep a closer eyeboll out in the mornins.

= New Toy =

The Wiscats� mom buyed them a new toy resently, but so fur she hasn�t let them eben use it. It�s a new computer, so the Wiscats can chat with their frends, and when they isn�t usin it ... they sed their mom can mebbe have a turn. They is waitin fur a new innernet man to come hook it up, and soon will be zoomin around the Village at hi-speed again.

= Eggscapes! =

It must be the wether, but some kits has been pullin eggscape rooteens lately. KC Idyhokit has been making attempts to brake fur it resently, but so fur her attempts has been thwarted. Sally Snowtakit has once again confounded her hoomans as she continues to eggscape from a pen that has no more than 2 inch openins anywhere. On the other paw, Willie StLouie has been a good boy, and stayin in with his recobery.

= Honeydew Noblekit =
Honeydew has been havin some diffyculties this past week, as she has suffered two appurent strokes. She was havin trubble walkin and eatin, but is rallyin round and feelin a lil better. She scared her hoomans, but so fur she is holdin her own fur now.

= Willie & Muffin StLouie =
Willie debeloped an infekshun in his owie legg, and hadda go see the vetdokter again. He got some auntybiotix to take, which soon cleared up the purroblem. Willie got the sturjery-sewin out of his legg a few days later, and altho he is still walkin with a limp, he is purrty much healin up furry well.

= Squashy Zilly =
Squishy hasn�t been so squishy lately, and has been all stopped up, dijestively. After three trips to the vetdokter fur m&ms, he still wasn�t able to go. He�s gettin some more medisins to help him get his system in gear again, and hopefully that will help.

= Murray Purrple =
Murry got hawled off to the vetdokter when he was havin some LB issues, and lo and behold, the purroblem was consterpashun too. He is gettin some medisins and food that will help him, and all should be well again soon.

The good mews came that the most resent Wisfostercats has mostly been adopted. The momcat and one kitten was adopted togeffur, and two others found homes as well. The remainin two is hopin their turns is next.

The Shrimpie Clan took in a 20-year-old kitty who had lost him home resently. Unfurtunately, kitty was furry unhappy, and not feelin well, and ultimately took a trip to the Bridge after debelopin libber faylure. He was luved durin his final days ...

Labor Day has come and gone, and no matter what the callynder sez ... that�s the start of autummm! Many end-of-summer actibities took place ober the weekend, and now the lil kitties is gettin reddy fur their furst day of skool. The corn is fully grown and gettin dry alreddy here at Clover Blossom Farm, and summer bejebuls is nearly gone. We�ve still got lots to do in the autumm tho, incloodin the annual Ribberboat Crooze, so keep your eyebolls open fur mews of more fun to come!
The Village eggsperienced anuther sad loss this week, and anuther frend is furry ill. One of our members had himself an aksident, while some kittens are comin into their own with some antics. Catch up on all that�s been goin on rite here in the Mews!

= Sweet Angel =

Anuther loss of a much-loved Villager occurred this week when Emma Kitkat made her final journey. Emma was 17 and had some health issues, and she desided it was time to go. She is surbibed by her sad mom, AuntyLinda, her many siblins, and many friends in the Village. She joins her mamacatDelilah and other Kitkat Angels at the Rainbow Bridge in joy. Be in peace .... {{ }}

= Road Tripp =

Willie StLouie desided to take himself a little road tripp last week ... litterally. Willie, who normally stays nicely in his own backyard, chased a kitty outta his yard resently, and stumbled when he came to the bizzy road. A metalmonster bumped him, and he gotted a bad broked legg. Lukkily a naybor saw, and Willie got to the vetdokter rite away. He had sturjery by a fancy vetdokter a few days later, and now has a metal plate in his legg. He is recobering inside, and hopefully that�s where Willie will want to stay now.
= Purrapy =

Spencer Furlorida has found a uneek way to help his mom when she gets a hedake. He crawls up on her tummy, and purrs so loudly that Kaffy�s pains go away furry soon. He is quite the purr-therapist, and may be givin lessons on this interestin method in the future.

= WhapWhapWhap =

One kitten found out that you don�t mess with grammacat�s fings! Rocket resently discobered grammaOnyx�s faborit toy sokkies, and was playin with them. Foudini came along, and shocked at the young one�s furward behavior, whapped Rocket upside the head, and purrceeded to take the sokkies away. She was not happy that Onyx�s beloved sokkies were bein played with by anyone else. Rocket sez he just wanted to play, and didn�t know they was speshul.

= Chikky Soop =

There nearly was an uneggspekted pot of cheezy chikky soop at Clover Blossom Farm last week. While Jordi was watchin her baby chix in their foster room next to the kitchen where SnowtaMom was cookin, a baby chick eggscaped. Whoosh, she flewed up to the stove and landed on the edge of the pot! Jordi was quite sure that this was going to be a new tasty dish, but SnowtaMom shooed the pesky birdy away and shut the door.

The Shrimpie fambly tooked in a 20-year-old kitty who had losted his home, and was not feelin too good. He missed his home and fambly, and just got worser, so he will soon be takin his trip to the Bridge to be at peace again.

Miss Kitty Noblekit and Jebbie Furlorida have chanjed their weddin date to 9-11. Altho that is a sad day in hisstory, it is a furry good fing to have somefin happy happen on that date. A combinashun batchlore/bridle shower was held fur the happy cupple this week in MeowChat, and many nice gifts were receeved.
The Labor Day actibities were quite a hit in the Village. Startin out with a piknik at Clover Blossom Farm, goin on to a danse down by the Ribber, then a brekfast buffet at Oreo and Vester Idyhokit�s farm ... well, the fun just neber ends! The rest of the weekend was full of many actibities incloodin dunk tanks, bouncin toys, and lots and lots of grate food and fun!
